Tilt Advanced Coaching Techniques™
Description
Tilt Advanced Coaching Techniques is designed to enhance the skills of experienced business and executive coaches as well as internal coaches and HR professionals. The class teaches methods for development of conscious leadership through the building of balanced character strengths. The program moves into an in-depth treatment of effective coaching approaches to create change and grow performance in each of the four quadrants (Meta-Factors) in the Tilt model. It also explains each of the Six Tilt Polarities and how to coach leaders who are Tilted in extremes that polarize and derail their performance. Also covers defense mechanisms, distorted thinking patterns, re-framing beliefs and working with the dark side of shadow and how this derails leaders performance.

Tilt 360 Team Climate Predictor™ Certification
Description
This 2-day, instructor-led workshop is designed to teach consultants the fundamental requirements for effective team functioning, and to utilize the Tilt 360 Team Climate survey. The program then covers appropriate coaching and team intervention techniques aligned to team imbalances, issues associated with team development, and specific behavioral issues impeding team performance. The course certifies practitioners to utilize the Tilt Team Climate Predictor™ and the Tilt Innovative Culture Predictor™.
