Class Description-2 Days

True Tilt Advanced Coaching Techniques is designed to enhance the skills of experienced business and executive coaches as well as internal coaches and HR professionals. The class teaches methods for development of True Tilt Coaching which is Balanced, Conscious, Creative & Inspired. The course covers the Tilt Coaching Model, the Tilt Psychological Structures, the Tilt Personas Map including the Drama Quadrangle. Also overs an in-depth treatment of effective coaching approaches to create change and grow performance in each of the four quadrants (Meta-Factors) in the Tilt Leadership model. Class offers experiential methods to identify defense mechanisms, distorted thinking patterns, and to practice re-framing beliefs, making quick behaviors shifts and working with the dark side of shadow and how this derails leaders performance.

Prerequisite: Tilt Practitioner Certification.

Note: To become part of the Worldwide Tilt Coaching Team, this course is required as a prerequisite to making application for the team.

Class Description-3 Days

Tiltology: The Art & Science of Positive Influence & Flow. Finally, a class to learn about the psychology behind all of the 12 Tilt Strengths, including detailed personality structure behind the FOUR TILTING PATTERNS (The Four Ways of Being) and the 12 Tilt Personas.

Based on ancient wisdom (the twelve archetypes) combined with modern day neuroscience, the Tiltology system shows the way to do intentional developmental work in your own Evolutionary Journey to actualize all four ways of being and all 12 archetypes so you can live a more fulfilling, conscious and contributive life. Learn how the “middle path” of Aristotle’s Golden Mean can expand your positive influence in the world and help you actualize your true creative purpose.

Class is both instructional and experiential. You will work in small groups to experience the personas and the ways of being. Transformational work is taught by practicing “Parts of Self” techniques based on Gestalt theory. We will identify four main parts of the psyche including the Controller, the Critic, The Escapist and the Victim to isolate persona parts and untangle the lifelong pattern that is in control of the surface behavior. Working to identify and dismantle the fearful parts that mean well but are holding you back from reaching your potential, participants will be able to rise above the self-imposed glass ceiling.

Taught by the author of Tiltology, a disruptive theory on personality that will re-order the way you think about personal development. Co-instructor, Michelle Gale, certified instructor in Leadership Embodiment will assist participants in the practice of centering the 12 personas and the Four Tilting Patterns.
