One Day Certification: This class is designed for experienced coaches and consultants or human resource professionals, as well as familiarity with 360 assessments.
Two Day Certification including Tilt Advanced Coaching Techniques: Our most popular class offering an in depth and experiential learning approach designed for experienced coaches, consultants and HR professionals. Some familiarity with 360 assessments desired.
Six Session Distance Certification: This class is designed for experienced coaches and consultants that qualify at B or C level for psychological assessments (APA Guidelines) and familiarity with 360 assessments.

One day Version of the Tilt360 Leadership Predictor for experienced coaches who have familiarity with 360 assessments and personality traits. Must qualify for this class with education and other experience in behavior science. Once certified you are able to use four instruments – the Tilt 360 Leadership Predictor, the Tilt 360 Snapshot, the Tilt 180 Mentor Survey and the Tilt 360 Climate Predictor.

Distance version of the Certification class for the Tilt360 Leadership Predictor. This full version class includes two full days of working with the tool and is our most thorough class for learning the model. Once certified, you will be able to use three assessments for Leadership Development. The Tilt 360 Leadership Predictor, the Tilt360 Team Climate Predictor and the Tilt 180 Mentor Survey.

Tilt Advanced Coaching Techniques
Tilt Advanced Coaching Techniques is designed to enhance the skills of experienced business and executive coaches as well as internal coaches and HR professionals. The class teaches methods for development of conscious leadership through the building of balanced character strengths. The program moves into an in-depth treatment of effective coaching approaches to create change and grow performance in each of the four quadrants (Meta-Factors) in the Tilt model. It also explains each of the Six Tilt Polarities and how to coach leaders who are Tilted in extremes that polarize and derail their performance. Also covers defense mechanisms, distorted thinking patterns, re-framing beliefs and working with the dark side of shadow and how this derails leaders performance.
This course is a one day class or 12 week distance class teaching advanced coaching techniques using the Tilt Coaching Model (see Solutions section of website). Explores the four coaching disciplines and expands the coaching presence through movement into the highest level of consciousness.
