Tilt 360 Leadership Predictor™ Certification
The Tilt 360 Leadership Predictor™ is a strengths-based assessment in a 360-degree feedback format, based on the Tilt Leadership Model. It replaces the typical qualitative feedback interviews and hones in on the specific behaviors important to coaching success. The tool measures the core strengths of “Leadership Presence & Impact” and introduces feedback participants to four meta factors: Wisdom, Humanity, Courage, and Resilience. This workshop qualifies coaches, mentors, and HR business professionals to administer and debrief the Tilt 360 Leadership Predictor™. This course is a pre-requisite for the Tilt 360 Transcendent Coaching Techniques course.
Three different learning approaches:
One Day Certification: This class is designed for experienced coaches and consultants that qualify at B or C level for psychological assessments (APA Guidelines) and familiarity with 360 assessments.
Two Day Certification: Our most popular class offering an in depth and experiential learning approach designed for experienced coaches, consultants and HR professionals. Some familiarity with 360 assessments desired.
Six Session Distance Certification: This class is designed for experienced coaches and consultants that qualify at B or C level for psychological assessments (APA Guidelines) and familiarity with 360 assessments.

Writer's Workshop (4 week distance)
Our Tilt 360 Writer’s Workshop will teach you how to craft a compelling story using your words, knowledge and voice. We’ll examine the basic structure of plot and teach you how to map both your fiction and non-fiction story.
