Tilt 365 Practitioner Certification

Two-day experiential class certifies coaches, therapists and HR leaders as Tilt Certified Practitioners (TCP designation) in five Tilt Tools including the Tilt365 Positive Influence Predictor, the Tilt Team Climate Predictor and the Tilt Innovative Culture Predictor. These tools are developed to enable Conscious Leadership & Innovative Culture.

Requirements: This class is for experienced executive and leadership coaches, therapists or internal human resource leaders who have some familiarity with 360 assessments and personality traits. Coach education and other experience in basic coaching skills or other behavior science like formal education or licensing in counseling, coaching or psychology is desired.

Theory: Leadership 3.0: The True Tilt Leader is Balanced, Conscious, Creative and Inspired. Come learn about why the framework for leadership of the future is not what you may think. These two days will certify you to purchase instruments at wholesale pricing and qualifies you to debrief individual, team and culture assessments.

Tilt Advanced Coach Certification

This two-day, instructor-lead class is chock full of advanced techniques and practices that will change your coaching practice immediately. Fun-filled and experiential, this class will take you to a new level of consciousness, enabling your coaching to reach a new level too. After all, we can’t take our clients, where we have not also been before them.

The True Tilt Coach is balanced, conscious, creative and inspired. Three Tilt Models are presented including the Tilt Coaching Model, the Tilt Psychological Structures and the Tilt Personas Map. Techniques include lowering defense mechanisms, clarifying distorted thinking patterns, reframing beliefs, sentence completion and creative practice assignments to raise awareness. Also includes identification of the Red-Zone Drama Circle and Persona Play to integrate shadow and denied self elements in the psychological structures.

Tiltology Persona Certification

Tiltology: The Seeker’s Journey to Whole-Person Balance

Finally, a class to learn about the psychology behind all of the 12 Tilt Strengths, including detailed personality structure behind the FOUR TILTING PATTERNS (The Four Ways of Being) and the 12 Tilt Personas.

Based on ancient wisdom combined with modern day Art & Science of Positive Influence & Flow, the Tiltology system shows the way to do intentional developmental work in your own Evolutionary Journey to actualize all four ways of being so you can live a more fulfilling, conscious and contributive life. Learn how the “middle path” of Aristotle’s Golden Mean can expand your positive influence in the world and help you actualize your true creative purpose.

Class is 3 days and is both educational and experiential. You will work in small groups to experience the personas and the ways of being. Includes a year-long subscription to the new Tilt 365 Positive Influence Predictor so you can monitor your progress over time and see the actualization of your purpose come to life in 2013.

Taught by the author of Tiltology, a disruptive theory on personality that will re-order the way you think about personal development. Co-instructor, Michelle Gale, expert in conscious embodiment will assist participants in the practice of centering the 12 personas and the Four Tilting Patterns.
