Pam Boney
Founder & CEO

As founder, Pam has big ideas and loves doing what people say can’t be done. She is the author of the True Tilt Leadership Model™, the True Tilt Coaching Model™ and Tilology™. Her vision for Tilt, Inc. is to build a worldwide portal of top Executive Coaches and Consultants specifically focused on the development of True Tilt Leadership which is Balanced, Conscious, Creative and Inspired. The network and supporting products of Tilt, have been created to serve Human Capital initiatives in companies worldwide who are interested in developing innovative climate and culture through a new strengths-based model for leadership development, where people focus on the creative work they are doing and success is a by-product of focusing on what matters most.

Dan Boney

After leaving a 20 year career with Sony, Dan joined Tilt as CIO in 2009 to oversee customer support and project management. He playfully calls himself the Chief Safety Net, and catches all of the balls that might get dropped without his attention to detail and attentive customer relations.

Dan brings 25 plus years of sales and relationship management experience with him from his work in the Broadcast Division of Panasonic and Sony and was recipient of the prestigious Outstanding Sales Performance Award in 2004.

Michelle Chayka

Michelle joined the Tilt Team as an Executive Administrative professional and brings a diverse corporate background, including 15 years experience in the areas of Performance Analysis, Office Administration, Legal, and Human Resources.

Michelle has been recognized for taking a leadership role in support of senior executives. She has a proven and verifiable record for utilizing strong technical and interpersonal skills to enhance organizational efficiencies and profits. She has a distinct talent to arrange and present diverse information in an easy to understand format, utilizing advanced technical, as well as, analytical expertise.

Michelle Gale joined Tilt, Inc. as a Principal Partner to help take the company to the next level of growth. Her experience in high growth, interrupt driven organizations combined with her extensive network in the Bay Area are key to supporting Tilt’s future technology plans. She recently worked as an Organizational Coach & Learning and Development Leader at Twitter, Inc., where she spent several years designing, facilitating & implementing a wide range programs.

Michelle’s experience combines more than a decade spent consulting to high growth start-up companies with extensive training in the art of aligning the conceptual, emotional and physical aspects of leadership. She engages with her leaders to support them in building a team climate that will increase performance and happiness, having a measurable effect on the bottom line.

Elizabeth Markie

With insane enthusiasm and dedication, Elizabeth Markie joined the Tilt team as Principal Partner overseeing marketing and on-line training development. She is a catalyst for innovation, conscious leadership and authentic communication.

Elizabeth is uniquely talented in ways that are especially helpful to our mission. Elizabeth founded WeImaigne, Inc. and for 12 years served her clients as an innovative thought partner, authentic communication coach, leadership coach, presentation keynote coach and developer of training programs. Her exceptional background in business includes hospitality management, market research, sales and marketing, brand marketing, brand integration and operations.

Shane McDonald

Shane’s passion is “creating great software that directly impacts people and makes their life better”. That is why he joined us at Tilt365 ! He is a talented web developer who enjoys using Ruby and Ruby on Rails. Shane is multi-talented and excels in creating great software as well as web and print design.

Prior to joining the Tilt team as our software engineer, Shane made a contribution to the world working at Duke University’s Center for Health Policy where he created software used to collect and examine data for health studies in third world countries.

Dr. Steven Toaddy

Steven brings to bear his training in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology on matters of scientific interest to the ongoing efforts of Tilt, including measurement attributes like reliability and validity. He also brings industry best practices into operation within Tilt’s systems. Steven responds to clients needs in gathering and disseminating empirical evidence for Tilt’s products.

Diane Watson

Diane is an influential leader who has a history of creating an environment for high performing teams most recently at Bayer Healthcare and previously at Accenture. Tilt is assured a solid future as she contributes her experience and expertise as our Principle Partner and COO.

Diane brings the perspective of a leader of large organizations, teams, and individuals. Her experiences include: CIO, General Manager, and Consultant to Fortune 500 businesses. In these roles, she has led multiple cycles of performance management, succession planning, talent development, and 360 feedback and has observed that while most people really want to learn and grow, these systems have left them wanting more.

Diane joins Tilt, Inc. because she strongly believes that Tilt 365 is the character-strengths developmental tool that she always wanted as a leader to help develop her team. Tilt will help to build character in any individual or organization who wants to evolve one’s self to realize their full potential at work and achieve overall fulfillment.

Mr. Gardner’s start ups have raised over $65 million in venture capital. He has demonstrated a record for consistency across multiple industries and markets without a single start up failure or loss of an investor’s capital.

David’s specialties are: technology start ups, consulting, advising, board seats, conference speaker, training, healthcare, virtual worlds, K12 education, virtual schools, online learning, HRIS systems, product design, seed round investor, 3D graphics, virtual conferencing, VoIP, MMO technologies, sales training, organizational development, commercial real estate.

Dr. Tony O’Driscoll

Tony focuses on identifying and implementing next-generation learning strategies and approaches that accelerate the development of leadership capabilities required to succeed in an increasingly volatile, complex, uncertain and ambiguous business context.

Tony has spent the bulk of his professional and academic career at the nexus of Business, Innovation, Technology and Learning. Throughout that time he has focused on creating and implementing strategies that enable organizations to realize the full potential of their most valuable asset: Talented and Creative People.

Tony holds an Ed.D. in Organization Learning and an M.S. in Management from North Carolina State University. His B.S. in Electrical Engineering is from Virginia Tech.

Jason Stirman

Jason Stirman is currently rethinking publishing and building a new platform called Medium with his friends at Obvious Corp. Previously, he built products at Twitter. Jason has founded multiple companies and has helped several others build products and define product strategy. Some of his past projects have been featured on The NBC Today Show, TIME Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, MSNBC, LA Times, TechTV, TechCrunch, CNET News and many more.
